Each doll is meticulously packaged in a premium, sturdy box with ample protective cushioning to ensure it arrives safely at its new forever home. We partner with reliable and trackable shipping carriers to give you peace of mind.

Ready-to-Ship Dolls: 🎁
These are unique dolls that are completed and in our inventory.Processing Time: They will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of your order.
Made-to-Order & Limited Edition Dolls: ✨
These dolls are handcrafted specifically after you place your order.Production & Processing Time: Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for the creation, finishing, and packaging of your doll before it ships. The specific time frame for your doll will be clearly stated on its product page.

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA):
We offer several options via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $19.95
Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $29.95
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $49.95
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your doll.
International Shipping (Outside the USA): 🌍
We ship via UPS Worldwide or USPS International.International Standard (10-20 Business Days): Costs vary by country.
International Express (5-10 Business Days): Costs vary by country.

✈️ International Orders: Important Information
Please be aware of the following for orders shipped outside the United States:
Customs & Import Duties: You, as the customer, are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are paid directly to your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery. We cannot predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country.
Shipping Delays: Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

If your order contains more than one doll, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure the safest possible transit. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
A: Yes, but only if you contact us immediately. Once your order has entered the packaging process or has been shipped, we cannot change the address. Please email us at support@joyslovedolls.com as soon as possible.
Q: What if my tracking information isn’t updating?
A: Occasionally, carrier tracking systems can experience a delay of 24-48 hours in updating. If it has been longer than this, please contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: For domestic (US) orders, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. For international orders and expedited services that use UPS/FedEx, a physical street address is required.
Q: My package says “Delivered” but I don’t have it. What should I do?
A: First, please check with other household members and neighbors. Then, check with your local post office or carrier hub, as the driver may have left a notice. If you are still unable to locate the package after 48 hours, please contact us, and we will help you open a investigation with the shipping carrier.
